The developer (hereinafter referred to as "we") hereby establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of user information in the smartphone application "GMApp" (hereinafter referred to as "the App") that we provide.
The App does not independently collect, acquire, or store any personally identifiable information such as the user's name, address, phone number, or email address. No account registration is required to use the App.
The App uses the Google Drive API and Dropbox API for the purpose of "downloading data to the App." In connection with this, the App accesses the user's account authentication information and specific data within their cloud storage.
Data accessed from cloud storage by the App is processed solely on the user's device for the purpose of providing the relevant functionality within the App. Such data is never transmitted to or stored on any external servers managed by us, nor is it provided to any third parties.
We shall not be liable for any damages (including but not limited to data loss, device malfunction, etc.) incurred by the user arising from the use of the App.
We may modify this Policy as necessary due to changes in laws and regulations, the addition of new features to the App, etc. The revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted within the App or on a public page.
